Current State Assessments
We take a top down approach starting with business drivers and requirements and following this up with an infrastructure lead engagement to understand what hardware and software components are in place, what data (file shares, databases and servers) are currently running and compare this to the Recovery expectations.
Gap Analysis - Desired State
This service digs into the business requirements and prioritisations and clarifies the gap based on the Current State Assessment. We then identify the steps and components that are needed to move the business to the desires availability targets. Common security components like Zero Trust, immutability and least privilege are also taken into account.
Implementation of Protection Systems
This service is the implementation of the solution (it might include multiple phases) and includes kickoff meetings and workshops, hardware delivery and installation, software installation and configuration, running of agreed test plans, documentation and handover.
